I wish it wasn’t so hard

to heal from previous abusive relationships, especially the abusive relationship I have with myself and my self-talk.

I most enjoy my body when I am focused on MYSELF and MY goals. I don’t want to feel uplifted by someone else’s flaws. I want to feel empowered by my own progress, regardless of anyone else. I am going to love myself wholeheartedly.
